1. Delivery Time and Conditions

The purchased health tourism services will be provided on pre-determined dates with the Buyer. All required documents (e.g., health reports) must be provided on time to facilitate service provision. If any unusual situation arises during the provision of health services, the Seller will inform the Buyer.

2. Delivery Fee

The delivery fee may vary depending on the services included in the health tourism service, such as accommodation and transportation. This fee is specified during payment.

3. Return and Exchange

Returns or exchanges in health tourism services may be accepted only under specific conditions, justified by medical reports. To make a return request, the service must be canceled before provision.

4. Refund Fee

No refunds are given after health services are provided. However, refunds may be issued in exceptional health-related cases.

5. Return Process

Return requests will be evaluated upon the Buyer’s written application, and the process will be carried out according to health-related reports.
