Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Contract is executed between Health Support Turkey Health Tourism Industry and Trade Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”), governing the Buyer’s purchase of health tourism services via the Seller’s website.

2. Subject

The subject of this contract is to regulate the terms of service sales for the Buyer to benefit from the health tourism services (treatment, clinical services, accommodation, transportation, etc.) provided by Health Support Turkey Health Tourism Industry and Trade Limited Company.

3. Validity of the Contract

The Buyer declares that they have read the descriptions of the health tourism services provided on the Seller’s website and accepts the products/services and sales terms.

4. Services and Prices

The Seller offers the Buyer health tourism services such as [treatment packages, accommodation, transportation, consultancy services, etc.]. The service prices are specified on the website, and the Buyer accepts these prices. Service prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Seller, but once payment is completed, the Buyer will not be affected by any price changes.

5. Payment Methods

The Buyer may pay for health tourism services using [credit card, bank transfer, cash payment, etc.]. Once payment is completed, the Seller will send a confirmation including payment details and relevant service information.

6. Provision and Delivery of Services

The Buyer will receive the health tourism service (e.g., treatment, accommodation, flight) on the specified dates. The Seller is obliged to provide the services specified in the contract on the pre-determined dates and conditions. To enable the provision of services, the Buyer must provide the Seller with the necessary health information and documents (e.g., examination reports, identification information) in a timely manner.

7. Refund and Right of Withdrawal

As health tourism services are personalized, the amount paid by the Buyer is non-refundable. However, under certain conditions and in cases involving special health circumstances (documented by a medical report), a refund or exchange may be requested. After a written request by the Buyer, the Seller will evaluate the situation and initiate the relevant procedure.

8. Obligations


The Seller will provide the health tourism services to the Buyer in compliance with the contract terms. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health status during service utilization.

9. Termination

The parties may terminate this contract by written notification. The Buyer may terminate the contract before the service is provided. However, termination is not possible once the service has been provided.

10. Legal Rights

This contract has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and relevant legislation. The Buyer has the right to exercise their legal rights.
